My first major beef with USAA
USAA adds a mandatory binding arbitration clause to their depository agreement.

What does that mean you ask? Well, basically by agreeing, you wave your rights to a public trial, real judge and jury and any sort of protection under the actual laws of the US, your state and other governing bodies.
